Vanity Plates

I'm sure you have all seen them at some point. Those license plates that people have special made for their cars. Perhaps one of you have them. I am not talking about the ones that you get at the fair or mall, but the ones the actual D.O.T. issues.

So the other day I was driving down the road and saw this one:

Usually I can figure them out. This one I just can't get. Can anyone out there figure it out for me?

In case you can't read it it says "IMDCRDR".
