This year is one of those big birthdays. The one I am so dreading, 40.

She only asks one thing of her friends and family this year for her birthday - RAOK's. What the heck is a RAOK? Random Act Of Kindness.

** Update**

On my way to work every morning I stop at out local convenience store and buy a large soda for the day. For the month of March they are offering a bag of Cheetos and any size soda for $1. So after paying for my combo and a newspaper, I handed the clerk another dollar and told her to pay for the next person that comes in for a combo. The look on her face was priceless. She was in shock and kept saying how nice that was for someone to do that. I just smiled and walked away.

Thanks Shannon for asking us to participate. It really started my day out the right way today!
