I might be a blog slacker recently but I haven't been a slacker around here. This is what has been happening in the last few weeks that are keeping me busy:
Little S broke his elbow.
I started a new job.
My grandma unexpectedly stops for a short visit.
Band and fall soccer are in full swing.
High school football starts this weekend.
The boyz started school yesterday.
I have a senior in high school.
I am not dealing well with that last statement.
Tomorrow is September 1st and I plan on getting this ol' blog thing going again. I've made some notes over the past few weeks so there is plenty to blog about.

You're right, you have been really busy! Ohhhh I hope you like your new job! What is it? I am fantacizing about finding a new one....
And about the kids being gone...H.A.T.E. I.T. it's been 3 yrs and I am still trying to adjust. Enjoy every minute...even the yucky ones. As the song says, "You're gonna miss this."
